Hereditary Hemorrhagic Telangiectasia (HHT) is an autosomal vascular dysplasia characterized by the presence of mucocutaneous telangiectasia and arteriovenous malformations in solid organs. The Curaçao criteria and/or detection of ALK1, ENG, and SMAD4 gene mutations are used for diagnosis.
