BACKGROUND: Lazertinib is a potent, irreversible, third-generation epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) with significant efficacy in patients with EGFR T790M-mutated non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).
