Diffuse panbronchiolitis (DPB) is a rare, idiopathic inflammatory disease primarily diagnosed in East Asian populations. DPB is characterized by diffuse pulmonary lesions, inflammation of the respiratory bronchioles, and bacterial infections of the airway.
