We characterized the molecular determinants of meropenem-vaborbactam (MV) non-susceptibility among non-metallo-β-lactamase-producing KPC-Klebsiella pneumoniae (KPC-KP). Whole-genome sequencing was performed to identify mutations associated with MV non-susceptibility.
