Aseptic pustulosis involves inflammatory skin conditions with nonbacterial pustules on erythema, accompanied by neutrophil and eosinophil infiltration in the epidermis. Dysregulation of the interleukin (IL)-36 pathway leads to neutrophil aggregation and pustule formation.
