Abstract excerpt
Anti-HCV reactive subjects were selected and relevant data was collected. Viral load and genotype were determined for all patients and were divided into low (<800,000 IU/mL) and high viral load (>800,000 IU/mL). Correlation of viral load with parameters like age, gender, risk factors and genotype etc. was determined by binomial regression.
