Myxoid liposarcoma (MLS) is a common type of liposarcoma. It is characterized by variably lipogenic uniform cells in myxoid stroma with arborizing capillaries and DDIT3 fusion. Nuclear uniformity is the rule, which is maintained even in high-grade round cell examples.
