OBJECTIVES: To evaluate the performance of ChatGPT in a French medical school entrance examination. METHODS: A cross-sectional study using a consecutive sample of text-based multiple-choice practice questions for the Parcours d'Accès Spécifique Santé. ChatGPT answered questions in French.
