Aichi virus C, a species in the genus Kobuvirus, causes diarrhea diseases in pigs and goats and pose health threat and economic loss for stock farming. A nearly complete genome sequence of caprine kobuvirus GCCDC14 was obtained from an anal swab of a black goat died from diarrhea collected in Hubei, China in 2019.
