Aortic dissection (AD) is a lethal cardiovascular disease that is related to a genetic mutation. This study showed the generation of induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC) line (iPSC-ZPR-4-P10) from AD patients' peripheral blood mononuclear cells that carried a c.2635T > G mutation in MCTP2.
