Soybean rust (SBR) caused by the fungus Phakopsora pachyrhizi is an important folia disease of soybean (Glycine max). In this study, we identified QTLs controlling SBR in Chiang Mai 5 (CM5), an SBR-resistant cultivar developed by induced mutation breeding.
