VEXAS (vacuoles, E1 enzyme, X-linked, autoinflammatory, somatic) syndrome is a newly defined disorder in which treatment is still unclear. Herein, a patient with VEXAS syndrome who had atypical findings and an interesting treatment course is presented as a case report.
