and in vitro, PRKCA overexpression reduced lung injury to prompt mitophagy and inhibit the inflammatory response, ROS production, and cell apoptosis. miR-15a-5p was highly expressed in macrophages treated with LPS/IFN-γ and was negatively mediated by PRKCA.
