Waldenström macroglobulinaemia (WM) is an indolent B-cell malignancy characterised by the presence of IgM paraprotein, bone marrow infiltration by clonal small B lymphocytes with plasmacytic differentiation and the MYD88 L265P mutation in >90% of cases.
