Conradi-Hünermann-Happle syndrome (CHHS) is a rare genodermatosis resulting from mutations in the EBP (emopamil binding protein) gene. Dermatologic manifestations may include cicatricial alopecia, ichthyosis, follicular atrophoderma, pigmentary abnormalities, and nail dystrophy.
