Primary leptomeningeal lymphoma is exceedingly rare. We describe 2 rare lymphoma cases with exclusive leptomeningeal disease: 1 ALK-positive (ALK+) anaplastic large cell lymphoma (ALCL) and 1 primary effusion lymphoma (PEL).
