To identify liquid biomarkers that predict clinical outcomes of epidermal growth factor receptor-tyrosine kinase inhibitor (EGFR-TKI), we enrolled patients with EGFR gene mutation-positive non-small-cell lung cancer who were intended to receive gefitinib treatment.
