ABSTRACT: Myofibrillar myopathy is a clinically and genetically heterogeneous group of muscle disorders characterized by myofibrillar degeneration. Bcl-2-associated athanogene 3 (BAG3)-related myopathy is the rarest form of myofibrillar myopathy.
