Soyasaponin is a type of glycoside such as steroids, steroidal alkaloids or triterpenes, which enhance the body immunity. In order to efficiently identify genes and markers related to the soyasaponin, we used a 180K Axiom® SoyaSNP array and whole genome resequencing data from the Korean soybean core collection.
