In a three-generation family, five individuals exhibited the typical phenotype of paroxysmal kinesigenic dyskinesia (PKD). Intriguingly, one of the individuals also showed benign familial infantile convulsions (BFIC) at age 4 months and spontaneously resolved at age 18 months.
