Although immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) have greatly improved cancer treatment, the accuracy of predictive biomarkers for ICI outcomes, such as PD-L1, TMB (tumor mutation burden) or MMR (mismatch repair) deficiency, have not been satisfactory.
