Nonsyndromic tooth agenesis is associated with variants in several genes. There are numerous genotype-phenotype publications involving many patients and kindreds. Here, we identified six Thai individuals in two families with nonsyndromic tooth agenesis, performed exome sequencing, and conducted functional experiments.
