INTRODUCTION: EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs) are recommended for EGFR-mutated NSCLC treatment. EGFR activation up-regulates programmed death-ligand 1 expression and other immunosuppressive factors in NSCLC, causing immune microenvironment remodeling.
