Clinical exome sequencing (CES) aids in the diagnosis of rare genetic disorders. Herein, we report the molecular diagnostic yield and spectrum of genetic alterations contributing to disease in 700 pediatric cases analyzed at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.
