INTRODUCTION: Osimertinib, a third-generation, irreversible, epidermal growth factor receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitor (EGFR-TKI), selectively inhibits both EGFR-TKI sensitizing (EGFRm) and EGFR T790M resistance mutations and has demonstrated efficacy in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) CNS metastases.
