Multi-drug-resistant (MDR) Enterobacteriaceae pose a global threat to hospitalized patients. We report a series of colistin-resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae blood isolates from Israel and explore their resistance mechanisms using whole genome sequencing (WGS).
