ABTRACTThe epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) kinase inhibitors Gefitinib, Erlotinib, Afatinib and Osimertinib have been approved for the treatments of non-small cell lung cancer patients harboring sensitive EGFR mutations, but resistance arises rapidly.
