We report a case of late-onset multiple acyl-CoA dehydrogenase deficiency (MADD) with recurrent abdominal pain, vomiting, and impaired consciousness as the initial symptoms in Yemen; the case showed distinctive characteristics from those of Asian or Caucasian patients.
