Abstract excerpt
Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus (PRRSV) 1 and PRRSV 2 have coexisted in China for a very long time. In this study, the complete genomic characterization of a PRRSV 1 strain named KZ2018 was conducted. The results showed that it shared 88.6% identity with Lelystad virus and 81.9-90.8% identities with other Chinese PRRSV 1 strains. Further study showed that its nsp2 protein had a unique...
