MUTYH-associated polyposis (MAP) is an autosomal recessively inherited disease with multiple system tumors mainly in alimentary system. Tumor occurrence of MAP patients is highly heterogeneous in space and time. MAP is associated with germline biallelic mutations in MUTYH.
