Tirabrutinib is a second-generation Bruton's tyrosine kinase inhibitor with greater selectivity than ibrutinib. Here, we conducted a multicenter, phase II study of tirabrutinib in patients with treatment-naïve (Cohort A) or with relapsed/refractory (Cohort B) Waldenström's macroglobulinemia (WM).
