Pancreatic cancer is a highly malignant neoplastic disease of the digestive system. In the present study, the dataset GSE62165 was downloaded from the Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) database. GSE62165 contained the data of 118 pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma samples (38 early‑stage tumors, 62 lymph node metastases and 18 advanced tumors) and 13 control samples.
