Chick embryo fibroblast cultures of the C/O phenotype (leukemia--free) infected with eastern equine encephalomyelitis (EEE) virus were incubated in the presence of 15 micrograms/ml N-methyl-N-nitro-N-nitrosoguanidine in the culture medium.
