AIM: We aimed to investigate the effect of triptolide on cisplatin resistance in ovarian cancer cell lines. METHODS: The apoptosis of ovarian cancer cell lines A2780 and A2780/CP70 was determined by flow cytometry. Protein expression levels of Hexokinase 2 (HK2) were detected by western blot.
