Ciprofloxacin is one of the most widely-used antibiotics, and has proven especially effective at controlling infections associated with the opportunistic human pathogen, Pseudomonas aeruginosa. In this work, we show that sub-inhibitory concentrations of ciprofloxacin induce discrete changes in the intracellular proteome.
