Objective:To investigate the correlation between polymorphisms in the TLR4 locus and the susceptibility of allergic rhinitis. Method:Three polymorphisms in TLR4 locus (rs10759930, rs2737190 and rs2770150) were genotyped in 212 subjects with allergic rhinitis and in 169 healthy controls.
