A child with bilateral familial retinoblastoma underwent staging MRI brain and orbit which identified subtle leptomeningeal enhancement, thus prompting an MRI whole body, which revealed a retroperitoneal mass, confirmed on laparoscopic biopsy to be neuroblastoma.
