Clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeats(CRISPRs) along with Cas proteins are a widespread immune system across bacteria and archaea. In this paper, a mathematical model in a chemostat is proposed to investigate the effect of CRISPR/Cas on the bacteriophage dynamics.
