Congenital pulmonary airway malformations or CPAM are rare developmental lung malformations, leading to cystic and/or adenomatous pulmonary areas. Nowadays, CPAM are diagnosed prenatally, improving the prenatal and immediate postnatal care and ultimately the knowledge on CPAM pathophysiology.
