Jalili syndrome is a rare disorder inherited in an autosomal recessive pattern manifesting as a combination of cone-rod dystrophy including progressive loss of visual acuity, color blindness, photophobia, and amelogenesis imperfecta with hypoplastic, immature, or hypocalcified dental enamel.
