Blau syndrome is an early-onset granulomatous disease known to affect the skin, joints, and eyes. We report a child with diffuse rash, arthritis, and subconjunctival nodules. Biopsy of the bulbar conjunctiva revealed noncaseating lipogranulomas that lead to a diagnosis of Blau syndrome.
