We describe a case of Spondyloepiphyseal Dysplasia Congenita (SEDc) who presented to our rheumatology clinic with complaints of painful swelling of bilateral elbow, knee, distal and proximal interphalangeal joints (DIP and PIP) of hands and small joints of foot.
