UNLABELLED: Rett syndrome (RTT) is a frequent neurodevelopmental disorder confirmed by clinical criteria and supported by the methyl-CpG-binding protein 2 gene (MECP2) mutation. A short central motor conduction time (CMCT) was reported in transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) studies performed in RTT.
