AIMS: Hereditary leiomyomatosis and renal cell cancer (HLRCC) syndrome is an autosomal dominant disorder caused by heterozygotic germline mutations in fumarate hydratase (FH) with incomplete penetrance, and clinically challenging to diagnose.
