Human coxsackievirus A24 (CVA24) belongs to the species Enterovirus C, and variants of this virus frequently cause acute hemorrhagic conjunctivitis (AHC). The complete genome of the K282/YN/CHN/2013 strain, isolated from a healthy child in Yunnan, China, in 2013, is reported here for the first time.
