PURPOSE: To discover novel prognostic biomarkers in ovarian serous carcinomas. METHODS: A meta-analysis of all single genes probes in the TCGA and HAS ovarian cohorts was performed to identify possible biomarkers using Cox regression as a continuous variable for overall survival.
