OBJECTIVE: To verify the diagnosis of Angelman syndrome(AS) in a proband in order to provide prenatal diagnosis for his family. METHODS: Array comparative genome hybridization(array-CGH) and fluorescence in situ hybridization(FISH) on metaphase chromosomes were performed.
