UNLABELLED: We described herein a patient with chronic atypical neutrophilic dermatosis with lipodystrophy and elevated temperature (CANDLE) syndrome and a novel mutation in PSMB8 gene. This patient had multiple visceral inflammatory involvements, including rare manifestations, such as Sweet syndrome and pericarditis.
