A 50-year-old male was referred to our hospital for the evaluation of hyperproteinemia. Fluorodeoxyglucose positron emission tomography revealed high fluorodeoxyglucose uptake in the pancreas, bilateral lacrimal glands, submandibular glands, parotid glands, bilateral pulmonary hilar lymph nodes, and kidneys.
