The Manchurian trout, Brachymystax lenok tsinlingensis, is endangered in Korea, where the southern range limit for this cold-freshwater fish occurs. In this study, the complete mitochondrial genome of Korean B. lenok tsinlingensis was sequenced and its genetic characteristics were identified.
